SBS PRESENTS THE NEXT A TWO-DAY FESTIVAL FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE LATEST PRODUCTS FOR AUTUMN/WINTER

In view of the current international situation, the company from Novara has chosen the exclusive location SBS Cafè of Paruzzaro, the first store created by SBS with the idea of offering catering and retail in one; an unusual place, opened last December as a new showcase format, with large open spaces where the summer festival can take place in total safety.

The issue of protection, which is very important to the company, has evolved on an even greater scale, becoming a source of inspiration to make this experience even more intriguing: all event participants will be invited to download WeeCare on their smartphone, the app developed internally by the R&D division to ensure social distancing.

WeeCare is not the only novelty linked to the events we have gone through in recent months. Throughout the lockdown period, in fact, SBS did not abandon the innovative nature that we are renowned for, on the contrary: it sought new solutions to meet the highest requirements of our customers and the marketplace in terms of quality.
The Next is, in fact, an opportunity for presenting to the consumer electronics market Bio Shield, an accessories collection created in collaboration with Addmaster L.t.d., an English company and a leader in Europe in anti-bacterial technology.

This new line of smartphone accessories exploits BioMaster, anantimicrobial technology that is incorporated directly during production and capable of proactively reducing, preventing and inhibiting the growth of bacteria by up to 99.9% on surfaces treated with this agent.

BioMaster, a silver ion technology, is extremely safe for the environment and for humans; it helps keep surfaces sanitised and reduces the risk of cross-contamination.

During the event, a great deal of space will also be given to Oceano – Keep the Ocean Plastic Free - a collection of accessories for smartphones and tablets that made using environmentally sustainable materials and packaged in recycled paper.

In addition to their FSC certification, the packaging materials for the Oceano range are made entirely with recycled paper and eco-friendly ink made from materials that are not harmful to the environment.

Ocean is a concrete and high-quality project that respects the principles of sustainable production and actively engages the company in the protection of clean seas.
Indeed, the project gains prestige from an important partnership with Marevivo, a non-profit organisation that is dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity and sustainable development, with more than 35 years of experience in the protection of the sea and its resources.

The co-branding activity concentrates on the nature of the products and providing information on them on the package itself, while SBS will contribute to the Marevivo cause by devolving a percentage of the turnover generated by the Oceano line, which it distributes worldwide.

The interest of SBS for environmental issues is also reflected in Eco Line, a line of “Re-Cases” composing of a range of products with 100% plastic-free packaging.
In the area dedicated to the presentation of this range, visitors will be able to see and touch the twenty-eight accessories currently available – in-ear phones, power banks, car chargers, travel chargers, charging cables, car phone holders, covers and other useful items.
The commitment of SBS is a broader and more ambitious one, however:  the greatest possible reduction, over time, of the plastic used for packaging its products.

The novelties also include the important role of  TWS technology, which is a trait-d’union among the main new items of the audio range: Urban in-ear phones Twin Buds, Mini, Elite and Hush all use the True Wireless System technology that makes it easier for in-ear phones to be paired with each other, making the use of these wireless accessories even simpler.

This innovative technology has already become the new frontier of the wireless ear phones of SBS. It is used in the new sport, audio and super premium products, such as the Hush in-ear phones: perfect accessories with ultra-clear sound thanks to the ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) technology, which eliminates any  environmental noises to guarantee a totally sharp, clear sound.

In the world of Audio we also find the JAZ, brand, dedicated to the audio premium market, which proposes ultra elegant, sophisticated articles with a vintage touch. B2B SERVICES

Fast Skin and MeCover are B2B services that were presented to international visitors at the IFA 2019, and can be found in a specially set-up area when the latest novelties can be seen and touched.

Fast Skin, the service for the on-demand production of the very latest protective films has been renewed with an even faster application system: thanks to the new machine with integrated control pad, it is now possible to cut and apply the film in around 2 minutes (compared to almost 4 minutes until now). This is also possible thanks to the new protective materials used during application.

The Standard, Smooth and Ultra Protection models can be applied on both sides of the device and have passed several drop-tests at heights of between 1.5 and 2 metres; the Matt, Carbon and Glitter finish can be chosen to personalise the back of the smartphone according to personal preference. These have also passed drop-tests from a height of 1.5 metres.

A further important novelty to extend and improve the use of phone accessories is Health Shield, the special Fast Skin that stops and pro-actively prevents the growth of bacteria on the surface of the material.

End customers can thus go to a SBS store and ask the assistant to attach different types of film on the front and back of their smartphone or tablet.

MeCover, on the other hand, is the printing service for personalised covers. In this case, the end customer can ask for a photo of his/her choice to be professionally printed directly onto the cover in the store. Also in this case, we have added an advantage using the 2.0 machinery that uses a plug &play function to optimise the work time of the store, which means that the final user can enjoy better support.
