Following the completion of an integration and development journey, SBS looks ahead to 2026 with a clear, future-oriented strategic vision, laying the foundations for a new phase of growth for the Vivanco brand. This marks the beginning of a path built on a structured strategy, targeted investments and a development model designed to enhance the brand’s long-term potential.

With the finalization of the acquisition and integration of the brand, SBS completes a strategic journey that enables it to assume international management of the Consumer Electronics business and ownership of the trademark. This milestone represents a key moment in the Group’s development plan and creates the conditions for a structured growth phase, grounded in a long-term vision, industrial strength and the ability to unlock the value of high-potential brands across international markets.
