SBS officially announces the acquisition of Vivanco Gruppe AG’s Consumer Electronics business in Germany, including rights to the "Vivanco" trademark and other registered trademarks of the Vivanco Group. Vivanco Gruppe AG is a historic German company specialized in the distribution of accessories and consumer electronics products.

This acquisition represents a strategic milestone for SBS, further consolidating its presence in the accessories and consumer electronics sectors, while significantly strengthening its competitive position in the European and international markets.

Following economic challenges faced by Vivanco in recent years, this operation aims to relaunch its Consumer Electronics business both in Germany and internationally, focusing future commercial and marketing strategies on sectors in which the brand is historically stronger and widely recognized.
