Product Shipping and Delivery

1. SBS S.p.A. accepts orders only for delivery to the following countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden.

2. The shipping cost for deliveries within Italy is €2.50 for orders under €19.90, and free for orders above that amount.
For the other countries listed in point 1 above, the shipping cost is €7.50 for orders under €39.90 and free for orders above that amount.

3. The ordered products will be shipped according to the methods indicated on the Website at the time the order is placed. SBS S.p.A. uses, at its own discretion, express couriers assigned by the company for shipping.

4. From the time the ordered product becomes available, shipping usually takes a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days for deliveries within Italy; for deliveries to countries other than Italy, from the time of availability, shipping usually takes a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 working days.
In any case, the product will be shipped within 30 working days from the conclusion of the contract.

5. To avoid delivery issues and any storage costs, the Customer is requested to indicate a contact address where someone is always available to receive the order.

6. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer or whoever is responsible must check that the contents of the delivered package correspond to the order and the invoice sent by email. Any damage to the packaging and/or product or any discrepancy in the number of packages compared to the invoice must be immediately reported with a handwritten and signed note on the delivery slip. Otherwise, once the delivery document is signed without any remarks, the Customer will no longer be able to make claims regarding the external characteristics of the delivered products or the number of packages received.
