The scales are designed to be used with the free Go Life app, developed by SBS and available on the Apple App Store for iOS devices and on Google Play for Android devices.
Using the scales is extremely easy: once you have downloaded the Go Life app, you need to switch on the scales, follow the instructions to connect to the app and finally open the control screen. You can now find out the nutritional values of your favourite foods, including the vitamin content, directly on your smartphone. Go Life analyses this data based on a certified nutritional database. 

Thanks to Go Life, you can also check the scales by voice and keep a food diary on the app.
