General Introduction

To protect the rights and interests of consumers and to comply with the obligations set out in Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 ("Data Act"), SBS has prepared this section dedicated to data transparency. On this page, the pre-contractual information necessary regarding Connected Products and Related Services for which SBS acts, as applicable, as the manufacturer or supplier/distributor, is published.

It is important to emphasize that not all SBS-branded products or those distributed by it fall within the scope of application of the Data Act. This page exclusively lists the categories of products which, by obtaining, generating, or collecting data related to their use or the surrounding environment, are classified as Connected Products or Related Services under the applicable legislation.

The objective of SBS is to ensure that the User (whether a natural or legal person) is fully informed about their rights of access to and use of non-personal data generated by the use of devices.
